How do I log a visitor?
Open the Demographics tab and tap "Log Visitor" to record the visitor's zip code, household size, and food preferences. Entries are saved instantly and feed your impact reports.
How do I add inventory items?
Go to Inventory and tap "Add Item" to enter details manually, or use Quick Scan to add items by barcode and auto-fill category information.
How do I sign up for a volunteer shift?
Visit the Volunteers tab, choose an open shift that fits your schedule, and confirm with your name and email. You'll see how many slots remain on each card.
Can I schedule a donation drop-off?
Yes. Use the Drop-offs tab to schedule an incoming donation, describe the items, and track its status from scheduled to completed.
Where can I see our community impact?
The Impact tab summarizes total food rescued, estimated meals provided, CO₂ diverted, and volunteer hours across all fridge locations.
